EHCP help with section A/parent part of needs assessment

Hi

I am having to complete section A of the parent docs as part of the EHCP needs assessment. I have no idea what to write. I was originally told to basically rehash the actual application for the needs assessment (granted) but this has nothing on aspirations and outcomes. Does any one have any pointers at all please or would even be happy to share their version with names removed of course. I am so worried about getting this wrong for DD.

Completing Section A of your child’s Education, Health and Care Plan | Guide Dogs There's useful info here. We were given a Likes/Dislikes sheet by our LA which wasn't actually hugely useful. We put in what DS hopes to achieve by adulthood and what helps him and what he hates.

Think about things such as what is important to and for DD/you, what makes DD happy, things that are working well/not so well, strengths/weaknesses, how DD communicates/how others communicate with her, what she wants to do in the future/aspirations, your aspirations for DD, a bit about family/any other important people in DD’s life, important history etc.
