Travel with adult Ds with ASD

Has anyone booked an adult only hotel for a family with an autistic 18yr old? My son can't cope with screeching children and loud busy places so was thinking along the lines of AI adult only.
Can anyone share their experiences of holidaying abroad in an adult only resort?

I've not been to one but my DFs book them often as they're so quiet.

Should have said that they tend to go at the beginning or end of season.

Do you mean at home or abroad? I can’t imagine he’d cope on a plane?

Me and my DH have always found the flying very difficult and have had to admit defeat now with our teenager.
