Tutor for adhd teen - London

i was wondering if there are specialist tutors who deal with kids with ADHD and specifically learning about how to succeed in tests as the difference between what she can do and what she can show is quite stark

Specialist SEN tutors do exist. Has DD ever had an educational psychologist assessment? That may be useful to help you/DD understand her needs and why there is a gulf between her ability and how much of that she can demonstrate, and also how best to support DD.

that Would be helpful - she studies really hard and shows that she understands the concept. Goes into the test and thinks she’s done really well and then comes out with 30% and when she looks at tit can’t understand how she made so many silly errors (eg 4+2 =8 - goes back and checks and thinks it’s right - then when she gets marked paper back she can’t figure out how she wouldn’t have put 6)

she also struggles with questions that have multiple parts but that’s an easier fix I think
