How much "couple time" do you get if you have child(ren) age 10-13?

I wasn't sure which board to ask this on.

If you are a two-parent household with one or more children age 10-13, how much uninterrupted time do you get as a couple in a typical week?

DH is upset because he feels we get less couple time than everyone else. I strongly suspect other people don't get as much as he thinks.

Our DCs are currently still going through the assessment process but I'm 100% confident the 13 y.o. has ASD and the 10 y.o. has ASD with a PDA profile.

Barely any.

That's what I suspect is the case for many SEN children. :(

My eldest is eleven with profound non-verbal autism, PICA, adhd and huge learning disabilities. As you can imagine he needs at least one to one support in all waking hours, so the only time we get is when him (and his wee sister) are asleep. Which isn't ideal as he seems to need less sleep than I do!
