Does an LA have to maintain an existing EHCP if you dispute the changes they are making?

Following on from my other thread..

if an LA cease to maintain an EHCP you can appeal and the LA have to maintain the current EHCP until the outcome of the trial.

but what about the content of an existing EHCP?

I cannot find anything on it.. most people have suggested that they would.. but I am trying to find fact.

Maybe this is an opportunity for a legal update?

Unfortunately for you, once an EHCP has been finalised that is the one that is legally binding.
