Hello. DD is now 17 and was diagnosed with ADD about two years ago. She is medicated. Until recently she hasn't really engaged with strategies to help herself, but recently does seem to be looking at developing study strategies etc. (she is currently doing A levels). I was wondering if there were any courses or programmes she could go on that would help her explore these. She finds reading quite heavy going, so books are not ideal, and I think she might find it quite empowering to go on some sort of course that helped her explore ways of helping herself along with people experiencing similar challenges. Does anyone know of anything either in person or online? All the training courses I can find are aimed at parents or professionals.

No I've not heard of those but if you do find any, would you mind updating the thread as they might be useful for DS.

As for the studying, we found How to ADHD had some good tips on study skills.
