Real concerns it will all fail for her

My DD who is 22 is at Uni (first year) studying Law. She struggled through school and wasn’t diagnosed with ADD or ASD until she turned 18. She’s only ever had one part time job working as a waitress and she hated that once her friend left. She’s never managed to secure anywhere else pt.

She came home last week saying she’s hoping to get some work experience in a legal office but given she’s always tired, loses interest very quickly I’m concerned for her. I certainly don’t want to dampen her enthusiasm but if I’m totally honest I can’t see her doing it. She has dreadful anxiety although recently has been more settled. The level of support myself and my husband put in to help her, ie. Making sure she’s eaten, ready for the bus (only once a week) reminding her of this and that, really makes me doubt it will be a success.

Has anyone been through similar or can offer any wise words of advice?
tThanks
Worried mum

Sorry, I can't offer any lived experience but I think all you can do is let her try and see what happens. Good luck to her.

I'd suggest she gets temporary worth through Brook Street at her local Court.

As it's the Civil Servicd they are usually more understanding and tolerant to ND behaviour, although obviously it's still going to be difficult for her Flowers
