New clothes for adult DD ADHD poss ASD

My young adult DD 21 wants her hair cutting, needs new clothes and shoes but takes an age to actually go and buy them. She hates shopping with a passion as it is. It drives me nuts! Either myself or her Dad has to go with her, usually her Dad as he’s quicker.
Does anyone else go through similar? Advice welcome!

If you do go to the shops, try and choose times they are more quiet, like the hour before they shut.
