DS crashing

DS has gone to a science completion today. He was very nervous. He doesn’t have a diagnosis but is on the waiting list for Autism assessment. Recent screener shower definate traits. He is quiet, unassuming, shy. Doesn’t want to let anyone down.
I was nervous for him. I messaged him and it’s going really badly. He sounded so shaken and didn’t even realize it was lunch time.
He was so flustered he struggled with his presentation and didn’t get to finish in the time. So his team will have lost points.
He is nearly 16. I know I can’t rush in there and rescue him but it’s so hard. Feel so anxious for him. Aarg.

Was the member of staff with them aware that he's in the Pathway and aware of any help he'd need?

We are not in the Uk so it doesn’t really work like that here.
It was definitely a mixed bag for him. But he got a lovely comment on his certificate.
