Is a Cygnet course worth doing?

Just wondered if anyone has done one of these, and would they recommend?

We are 5 years post-diagnosis with our young teen and have spent a lot of time advocating for him and securing an EHCP. Is a course likely to be useful at this stage or is it more aimed at "newbies"?

I did this about 5 years ago, the best thing about it was meeting other t parents and sharing experiences. The content of the course was like teaching me to suck eggs unfortunately.
