Revision tips for ASD teen

Does anyone have any practical suggestions or words of wisdom that I can pass on to DD16 about revising for GCSEs?

ASD/ADHD and poor mental health, no learning disabilities and predicted grades very good. Really struggles with doing homework and anything school-related once the school day is over due to rigid thinking and often complete exhaustion after a school day.

I really want to come up with a revision plan that is achievable, but at the moment this seems impossible!! Any tips or advice from those who have been there very welcome!

Don’t revise on an empty stomach
Little and often
Try and do some before school
Set up a desk free from distractions - ideally not in her bedroom so she can keep work and relaxing completely separate
Download revision podcasts and listen whilst walking/ in the car etc…
Buy a whiteboard for making mind-maps etc…
Attend all the extra revision sessions at school
Set targets and have rewards for meeting the targets e.g. a can of 7up after half an hour of chemistry, a magazine or cinema trip after a Saturday of revision!
Stay in her school uniform to revise - it will help keep her in the right frame of mind.
