Did you share the full ASD report with the school or redact it?

DC2 (age 14) has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD. I have received a very full report (over 20 pages) which goes into lots of detail (childhood etc) that is not relevant to his schooling. There is also lots in the report that I would like to ensure the school is aware of and there are of course suggestions about what can be done to assist him. My inclination is to print of off the report and black out the parts that are personal to ds and/or not relevant to now or the school - I'm thinking of doing this because of course much of this is very personal to ds and I don't think it is necessary for the school to see or keep this on file.
Did any of you have any concerns about how much you shared with the school (and therefore left on their files for as long as they kept it)? Did you do the same or just send the whole report in?

We sent the whole report in I suppose it is an individual choice.

Redacted it - just diagnosis and recommendations
