I just need some advice on whether my DS 18 should apply for Disability Student Allowance. He was diagnosed as being autistic last month and he would be classed as being high functioning. At the moment he is refusing to have any counselling but we are hoping that this will change when he accepts the diagnosis. He started university in September but commutes so is living at home.
