Child maintenance after age 18? Still in education.

When a child with additional needs turns 18, does the non resident parent still pay child maintenance??

I'm just thinking ahead. DC is currently at a specialist school and will likely stay in education as long as possible.

Ex pays maintenance, the amount is decided by CMS.

Do I need to do anything when they turn 18? When does child maintenance stop?

Child maintenance continues until 20 as long as DC remain in full time education up to and including level 3.
