Gro clock for adults

Can anyone help with a clock similar to a toddler gro clock with lights for sleep time and time to get up. Its for an adult with learning disability who doesn't like childish stuff/treated like a child (understandably) but can't really tell the time and currently opens the curtains so the sun wakes them up and then wakes the entire household up as they can't do anything quietly

Not exactly the same but would a lumie clock/lamp work?

Following with interest, my adult daughter with LD likes to get up as soon as it is light and we've tried every type of clock. She can tell the time during the day too!

I think a Lumie would do the job, though on ours the buttons are pretty complicated. I wonder these days if you could buy a smart plug socket (?) and link it to a phone app.

I think the lumie would wake her but I was hoping for a clock with a red light = don't get up and green = fine to get up sort of system. More a reminder to stay in bed and not get up at 6am because it's light.

zazu Sam the lamb/Davy the dog is the closest I can find but wondering if it's too childish.

ah fair enough, sorry. We had an Onaroo when mine were little and that was essentially off at night and green when they could get up.
