Daughter lonely with no friends

My daughter is 15 and attends a SEN school as a weekly boarder, she has learning disabilities, dyspraxia and speech problems but loves going out and about and trying new things. The school she attends is 2.5 hrs away so at the weekend & in the holidays she has nobody to do anything with. Whilst we take her to lots of things and she sees her cousins she has told her key worker at school that she has nobody to talk to and is really lonely. I have tried looking for youth clubs, social schemes but either the children who attend are a lot younger or their disabilities are so different to hers that there's no connection. I posted on NextDoor but got no response. She does attend Guides but she can't keep up with the other girls mentally as her learning disabilities means she is very young for her age and whilst she can now talk she struggles with finding the right words and the pronunciation.

Does anyone have a similar teenager who would be interested in meeting someone new to do things such as clothes shopping, cinema, bowling, swimming, hanging out etc. Or know of any youth clubs or schemes? I would need to be there to support her for some things but she can do an awful lot by herself and whilst I enjoy being with her my heart breaks that at 15 she is feeling like this.

(we live in Hillingdon)
