I wondered if anyone knew how to get a job in a supermarket without having to do the interview. Is there some way to avoid this part and represent yourself some other way? My son is very capable and is well qualified but point blank refuses to do an interview due to anxiety. Are any supermarkets sympathetic do you know? Thanks
