Hi, does anyone have any suggestions for PE activities which would help proprioception in a teen girl with ASD?

She is in the 6th form at school and they have been asked for suggestions of what activities they would like to do by their PE teacher. My daughter doesn’t like traditional sports and seems quite disconnected from anything physical. I would really like some ideas on what might help her reconnect with her body.

Pilates if she's hypermobile, otherwise yoga. Both are great for body awareness.

I think swimming is good as they feel supported by the water, so helps with proprioception. My son also enjoys climbing - again, because being in contact with the wall gives good proprioceptive feedback I think. Not sure if either of those would be an option. He's also recently got into running - good solitary pursuit and can go at his own pace
