How the hell do you get your PDA dd to DO anything??

Dd is 14, diagnosed with ASD (high functioning) and probably PDA (although not been formally diagnosed).

I get that anything asked of her is stressful. But how do you make it work practically? Lots of small things I need her to do just build up making ME stressed! I do try and prioritise the urgent things but it takes up so much of my headspace.

Sometimes I lose it and end up raising my voice which I hate doing and I she finds is stressful.

Any suggestions please?

@bendmeoverbackwards
It is hard !
The only thing that has helped me with my ds ..is breathing!
Mine ..!
Instead of replying ...i breath for 5/ 10 before replying .

( oh and think of what to say while breathing!)
Detached and focus .

Sorry just realise i did not answer your question...
You dont ever get a PDA person to do what you want ...unless it is on their terms !
