My son has broken leg because slipped on the stairs and so he fell down and my girl wanted to help him and she rolled down too the stairs.

she took his hand to help him, but my son jerked once her, as he fell down on stairs, and she rolled down the stairs after him

My boy was taken to the emergency department after I called the ambulance on the phone. My girl then committed severe self-harm: she blames herself. But she just wanted to help! I think the most convenient and most secure, most comfort, and safest thing for my little girl now would be psychiatric inpatient care. I think met of adequate conditions of outpatient care is impossible to accomplish with people who are struggling with self-harm. A protective and understanding community of psychiatric patients (who enrolled in patient care) like her maybe can be protect her from more severe physical damages.

What do you advise?

Before I posted this post, I got some good news! My son's leg fracture theoretically is not severe, although I know there will be more medical examinations, however the first results are positive. He must be in great pain for his leg and I would like and love to visit him, but unfortunately, there is a ban on visiting, so I don’t know what will happen to my son. I almost mourn him. But I also understand the victims of the Coronavirus.
