ADHD, low processing or anxiety - who to see for diagnosis?

Hi,
My DD is 19 and has always struggled to start anything...but main issue is with college work and she's off to Uni in Sept so will be on her own then!
She was diagnosed with dyslexia in year 12 (processing in 4th percentile but all IQ stuff in 90th-99th percentile). Her school SEN contact said her daydreamy and inability to start work is likely due to her low processing and the gap between it and her IQ.
But DD has been doing her own research and thinks she has ADHD (without the hyperactivity bit). I think there may be a bit of anxiety thrown in the mix too!
What kind of professional do we need to approach (likely to be private) who can look at all possible diagnosis? A psychologist or psychiatrist or some other kind of person?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I think you will need a psychiatrist for the ADHD and anxiety. And an Educational Psychologist for the processing issues. My DS has these issues and this is what we have done. They will undertake completely different assessments.

Thanks @Bluebutterfly36 - we already have diagnosis report for processing from educational psychologist. It's the potential ADHD, anxiety that we need help from now, but from what you say it looks like we need a psychiatrist. Just hoping they look at the whole picture and not just put her on meds straight away.
Do you mind me asking, does your son have a diagnosis for low processing and adhd and what did the psychiatrist suggest as best course of action? I worry that the 2 issues are intertwined and hard to separate into separate conditions if you see what I mean! Thanks so much :)

My DD had an educational psychologist report for slow processing and then saw a psychiatrist for an inattentive ADHD diagnosis.

My daughter doesn't start things due to anxiety. She also has a spikey brain profile with academics 99% but working memory 45%.
I think some children with spikey brain profiles have not had their infant or primative reflexes go dormant and a part of their brain hasn't fully developed. But there are therapists that can help this be sorted out. One of the most common is a brushing technique.
