I’m struggling both with work issues and home. (I’ve posted separately for work).
Home life isn’t great, my DD barely comes out of her room (recently has an ADHD and high anxiety diagnosis). She does seem better in herself but I always feel this sadness in my chest when I’m working/busy/chatting with a friend and she doesn’t have any of that.
I’ve asked her to come walking when I take the dog but she refuses and goes with my OH instead.
OH says these things take time, mental health is complex and I agree but how do I still get on with my life knowing she’s in her room all this time?
