At the moment we are debating with the LA and our sons specialist provider about breaks/lunch during the day. The provider was including this in the funded 15 hours (which is against gov guidelines) and has now relented to provide 30 mins in the 5 hour day for a break. His day is now 10.00-3.30 (rather than 3.00). We dont think this is enough and that the college are trying to provide the minimum. Just looking for other opinions.
