DD is 20 and has ASD. She started an accountancy apprenticeship with a firm just before lockdown so managed 4 days in March but started again last Wednesday.
Anyway she's told me that she had to check some paperwork with a guy in the workshop today (she's in a small office with about 4 or 5 other people upstairs from the workshop). She didn't know who he was so she had to walk in and shout "Bill?" and then ask him a couple of questions.
This sounds like a ridiculous thing to be proud of but I think any fellow parents of ASD young adults will understand why I'm so proud of her I could burst
