Bedwetting in a 17 yr old

Hello all, my autistic son just turned 17 and is wet every night. We’ve been to the hospital about it and they did blood tests, scans, the lot but couldn’t find any obvious issues. He did have a virus last May and they think it might of attacked his sphincter as he has a hard time holding wee full stop, hence why we get fat leaks as well. I was just wondering it anyone knew of any good overnight nappies? He’s quite skinny and he normally fits smaller sized anyway. Also If you have any suggestions for a day nappy as well as his leaking is getting worse over the course of a whole day!

What have you tired? Is he inco of wee and poo or just wee? 'This will depend on the type of nappy you can try

My son wet the bed every single night until he was 18. I’ve got two washing machines and they were on constantly and then one day it literally just stopped. He has wet maybe twice in the last 3 years. No advice though sorry 😕
