Teen Urinary Accidents

Hi,

I have a 19 year old daughter who regularly has accidents throughout the day.
We are at a loss. We have seen a urologist, on and off. For several years, the have advised on some options, including pads.

She will wear a nappy/pad on most occasions. And will even wear them at home, although she has a minute or two warning before the release.

The issue I'm worried about is that she is happy and content in Pampers dry - the green pack (yes I know they are for infants). she fits them and has done for quite a few years now she is less embarrassed about hiding them in her room. She is comfortable with her bladder issues while wearing juvenile nappies although the cartoon/babyish design doesn't bother her. Should it? Is she falling behind? Should I order another brand for adults and tell her she has to upgrade or move on? we would have to purchase more clothes to conceal her underwear if so, it's such a financial strain on my life. Has anyone any advice or logical opinion?
