hello we are a group of parents of young people with special needs and we're looking to set up supported housing in the inclusive and welcoming town of Todmorden in Calderdale. We are wondering who else might be out there looking for supported housing for their young person. Our idea is healthy vegetarian/vegan eating choices and healthy lifestyle, including walks in the beautiful countryside and volunteering opportunities in the town. We are working with the possibility of parents/carers retaining some autonomy using Direct Payments to support day time activity, and also working with a local care company.
