PIP and my 18 year old and change of circumstances

Hi all I am new here.
My child is 18 and gets PIP (I am the appointee).
My child has ADD, SPD, Hypermobility and complex MH Issues,
Including self harm episodes. About 4 months ago she got into a relationship and recently decided to move in with this boy and his relatives. Much to my distress, social services have refused to help in this scenario and said as an 18 year old she can do as she pleases.
I need to contact PIP and let them know she is not residing with me anymore,

does anyone know what happens in this scenario?

Do I remain her appointee?

Will she need reassessment?

Thank you

You need to contact the benefits office, their number will be on the paperwork you have been sent re your DD.

I'd just notify the change of address.
