noisy light up gift for nearly blind and deaf disabled teen

Once again, I am vainly searching for a gift for my teenage nephew who is developmentally disabled and losing his sight and his hearing (he has Cockayne's Syndrome). He likes things that make noise and light up, but a lot of toys have been made quieter due to concern around damaging non-disabled children's hearing. A couple of years ago I got him a noisy light up kettle, but he can't really hear it anymore. He holds his ipad (on fully volume) next to his face to see it. I am a bit stuck for ideas, any ideas gratefully received.

Would he also like any light-up toys that shake or vibrate in different ways when you push a button, so he could feel them moving differently as opposed to 'only' hearing them?

Do compare prices with other sellers, some sites who sell items for kids with AN are extremely expensive.

Also check out toys made for cats, we've bought noisy flashing things for ours, but you'd need to make sure it was safe for your nephew to use.

thank you BlankTimes, wouldn't have thought of cat toys!
