Airflow chair cushion

Hope someone on here can help. My dsis has PSP. It’s a degenerative neurological condition. She’s tiny and has a small lift up chair. District nurses provided an electric airflow cushion for the chair but it’s to big. It keeps occluding and doesn’t work.

Does anyone know if the cushion comes in a smaller size? We asked the district nurse, but she doesn’t know. The nurse is going to try and find out for us but I thought I’d ask on here as well.

Thank you.

Google is the quickest way to find different ones but you may have to fund it yourself.

I found these at random so am not recommending any, there are loads of suppliers.

As someone whose had to buy "disabled aids" for quite some years now, I'd advise you to always check the prices, they can vary wildly for exactly the same product. Also check if they are ex-VAT prices or including VAT prices.

Also, when you order, there's a declaration form to sign (tick if doing it online) to say it's for you or someone with a disability, that way you don't pay the VAT.

The PSP Association have regional group meetings if that's any use, it sometimes helps to talk to other people in the same situation .

Thanks blank. My sister is just deteriorating before our eyes. It’s a truly wicked illness.
