19 DS with ASD struggling to hold a job

First timer here, but now just don't know where to turn. My 19 DS has had various part time jobs since leaving college. None of which he has managed to hold on to long term. He struggles with concentration for any length of time and feels its OK to go off and do his own thing instead of the job he has been instructed to do. It looks like his latest job may also be at jeopardy and we were so hopeful. He has been in the role for 8 weeks and has started a warehouse apprenticeship. Don't know how to help him or even where to start looking for yet another job which would suit him. We are in North Essex, and am not aware of any agencies in the area that may be able to help. Sorry its so long. Thanks for any advice in advance.

Has he told his employer he has ASD, has anyone suggested reasonable adjustments for him?

Maybe re-structure his work IF it's possible, so for example he does one task for X mins, (say 70 % of his concentration time,) then something different to keep his focus? I don't know, but definitely look into what reasonable adjustments the employer can make.
