Go over to the adoption board, there is a brilliant lady fasparent who has adopted and fostered several children with fetal alcoholic syndrome. She has a wealth of experience.
Good luck.

You've been told DD will need constant adult supervision. That sounds very bleak. My DD (not FASD) has an average IQ of 65 and up to a year ago could run errands to the shops for me and could walk to school on her own.

DD now has other health issues and at the moment can not do the things she used to do.

Point I'm making is the IQ scores are only 2 points different and it sounds like someone has been very pessimistic about your daughter's future.
