Teen DS diagnosed with CF last year.
No real progress, still sleeps 12-20 hours /day. Has clear flare ups where he is vomiting, rashes, crying with pain. GP sends him for blood tests and then does little else...
Someone has suggested trying the leaky gut diet. I've no idea if I should!
He is not keen, and as I struggle to get calories into him and he is in 'severe thinness' on his BMI, I don't really feel ok restricting his diet.
But then if there are no other options, maybe it's worth a try...?
