ASD and taking out tablet contract

Son is 19. No income apart from benefits. He managed to get a contract. He is not allowed in internet at home due to looking at 'specialist' sites which I am v uncomfortable with as have toddler at home. What can I do? He refuses to give me the PIN as I want to wipe it and return to shop. But he cannot sustain a contract. Also do not know where box / receipt is. Advice please

He is legally an adult so I don't think there is much that you can do except help when/if it goes wrong.
You can try and enforce not looking at specialist sites with sanctions and parental controls on your wifi though.
