How to deal with teen spots when sensory issues with face

Hi

My ds has sensory issues regarding touch, he can't cope with water anything hotter than lukewarm. And the attempt at using things such as clearasil has him jumping around saying it is stinging/hurting too much. But he wants to get rid of the spots on his face due to teasing at school.

Has anyone any suggestions as to what can be used to clear spots (and reduce further outbreaks), that is easy to use on sensitive skin?

We have yet to deal with the face-fuzz that needs removing at some point too, I am dreading that and will need advice on how to deal with that too!

My sons acne reduced when he changed pillowcase every day, wash with gentle facewash for sensitive skinmorning & night, and put bepanthan or just coconut oil on only inflammed spots at night. At same time we reduced wheat & substituted with glutenfree for a few months, and he took spirulina & vit C. I thinkhormones are bad for acne 14-16 Shaving was hard too but he ended up doing it with his dad encouraging him , but tends to be sporadic so gets fuzz
