Can tetralysal be taken by emptying the powder out of the capsule?

DC 14 with Aspergers has a lot of sensory issues, but is suffering from very bad acne.
We spoke at length with the GP who prescribed these antibiotics and they're the best ones for him. The syrup medications aren't as effective and need to be taken more frequently and he won't do it himself.
The tetralysal are once a day so I can help him. It's been a nightmare, a few days of lots of tears and vomiting and wasted tablets.
Does anyone know if it's ok to put the powder from inside the capsule with a bit of choc mouse and let him take it that way? Thanks

I would say that this would not be ok. meds are dispensed in a form that is specific to them, usually a capsule is in that form because it needs to reach the stomach before it dissolves and is absorbed into the system. I would speak to the pharmacist at your local chemist or your g.p if at all possible
