I care for a girl who is grinding her teeth all day, and most of the night. It is driving a lot of carers and service users mad. Any advice - has anyone got over this problem?

I seem to have had success with DS3 by using chewy tubes, but if she is doing it at night then a trip to the dentist for a dental guard is in order. I wear mine because I grind my teeth when I have seizures. I can't wear it in the day though.

What about ice cubes or ice lollies? Might be worth a try x
