The Government, Councils and GPs are all responsible for people's health and care needs. We think that investing money in adapting homes would be more cost effective than building new homes, as well as being better for disabled people, so we hope that the Government, Councils and GPs will listen.

I couldn't agree with you more. I used to work with sick and disabled children, it's vital that they are given the stability of remaining in their own home which has been adapted for their needs as it makes a much happier child. The Gov is very poor at listening to the needs of society's most vulnerable members though.
