Hi, my son is at college but not managing the coursework.
He was the subject of a statement of educational need until he went to college. The LA ceased to maintain it without telling me. I have no idea what to advise him to do next. The college are promoting an apprenticeship, cionnexions another course at another college. He gets no benefits (no DLA or anything) and we also have to fund his transport.
Any advice please, our LA is not supportive at all so approaching them is unlikely to bear fruit.
