wouldn't you think that in a setting where 99% of staff are women that they would get womens stuff??

dd was at respite for 2 nights, and AF came(first time)
when I was told I rushed to friends house so that her son could take suppies in for next day/night.
I was told that she would be ok as they would borrow from another girl in the meantime.

she has come home wearing a sodding incontinence pad... she is dry ffs and it was massive
I thought women would get it.........how wrong was I

Poor DD, how humiliating. You need to say something.

BigWeeHag · 08/07/2010 19:58

Oh, poor DD, that is so humiliating. Stupid women.

I have sorted her a little bag out that will be with her all the time, so they have no excuse now.

Glad dd's feeling okay.

I have sent a very terse note in to school
and am going to email my friend who is a governor as I think the staff need training

thats terrible. even if they didnt have nay, not like there is a shortage of 24hour stores!

meltedmarsbars · 09/07/2010 12:03

I cannot believe they did not have any supplied already in a cupboard!!

That is such a basic preparation for a children/young teens setting - even primaries have a "supplies" cupboard!
