Shaking arm - could it have been a seisure?

Just a bit concerned. Ds is 10, with LD and asd. He usually sleeps under a waterproof duvet, but as it was a hot night I had covered him with a thin washable one. However it seems he swopped back to his heavy over warm sweaty one. On going to bed I heard a shout (mummy!) and Ds arm ( the only bit not covered) was poking out shaking very rapidly. This stopped as I uncovered him and he was very red and blotchy and half woke up very confused ( he often is confused and can sleep walk). He said he was dizzy (more communication than I usually get) and then went back to sleep. He was wet but this is usual.
Ds had some seizures (2 one lasting 25mins totally out) when nearly 4 - also in hot conditions, but nothing since. It was never investigated.
Could he had had a seisure - or just a yawn that affected his arm?

Ds seisures at 3 were presumed febrile. I have noticed he does not seem good at body temperature control he can go blue in the cold ( and does not notice) and very red and blotchy in the heat.

Have decided to write to the gp as this will get it on his notes and give them a chance to cosider what if anything to do. Do you think I should do more? Obviously will watch him carefully.
