was on bus with DD, without buggy. DD was MILDLY grumpy because her daddy had put her on bus then left, but not very noisy. First of all i struggled a lot to fold seat down while holding DD to stop her falling. The man next to us ignorred us helpfully. He always mutters when DD is singing/humming etc on bus. He is going to work in a suit with briefcase and looks like a boss type.
Anyway he said 'shut up child'. DD clearly has SN. I was upset and said 'some people are rude DD. What a rude man' (who tells a 3 yr old to shutup fgs).
He got up to get off. I said to dd so others could hear 'he doesnt know you are autistic and can't help making a noise' ,which i wish i hadn't said but i was upset.↲then i cried on bus while people ignored me,embarrassed.
Was such an achievement to get bus but now will walk with buggy as so embarrassed. Couldn't have happened at worse time.am very low at the moment.

Well done you!!!

Maybe he realised what a t**t he made of himself and can't face the embarrassment. Not likely but nice thought.

Now remember if he is there next time just think WARTY BOTTOMS!

Perhaps you should ask him!

In fact I dare you to ask him

What a dick! Well done for saying what you did, you've probably got a bigger pair of balls than him anyway.

Who tells a 3 yr old to shut up?!

update-twunty man was on bus this morning but sat at back, don't know if that counts as a victory.↲Had mild run-in with judgey mum at nursery who made pointed comments before-DD tried to lurch on ahead into room today (very poor balance) and it was so busy it was hard to stop her without squashing kids, the woman pointedly jumped out of the way (fair enough, she is pregnant),i had grabbed dd but said 'sorry' and she said 'alright ' in a very POed 'control your child' manner.↲Her DD is leaving though,so i wont see her until at least April!

Pleased to hear Twunty man was out of the way. Let's hope he stays there. Shame you can't say WARTY BOTTOMS at him when he's up at the back!

Don't let the stroppy mum get to you. Just think how toasted she must be feeling just now. That's enough karma for anyone.

Glad you won't have to come across her again for a while.
