Dd2 is saying so much more, yesterday i had a conversation with her:

Dd2: 'What do you want' (she says this when she wants me to ask her what she wants).

me: 'what does dd2 want?'

Dd2: "Go to Tesco'

me: What do you want to buy?'

Dd2: 'buy toys'

me: 'what toys?'

Dd2: 'Waybuloo toys please'

This is the longest conversation we have had , and the today she asked: 'i want to go in the garden and play sand pit' which is the longest sentence she has ever said .

She's also getting more spasific when asking for things, she used to just ask for a biscuit by saying 'biscuit', now she says 'i want a jammy biscuit' .

But on the down side, she seems to be eating more things (plants, stones etc..) and drank out of the bird bath today, everything has to go in her mouth, she eats grass like a grazing horse.

sneezecake · 20/06/2010 21:04

well done with the talking!
with the eating has she ever been hypo- sensitive? ie craving feedback?

StarOfValkyrie · 20/06/2010 23:35

That's fantastic !

Sneeze- she could be, OT are coming to see her at home to try and work out why she eats everything and why she is messy and wont sit still at dinner times. I'm also starting to think she may be craving vitamins as this week she has eaten a lot of rubbish (not much fruit and veg).

That is great progress Marne!

My DD came out with something interesting yesterday.....a boy came down the slide and bumped his bum at the bottom and said ouch, DD shouted "bang your bum"!
