Well I am seeing each episode several times along with dvds of nine and ten cos Doctor Who is ds's latest thing.

I think ds is getting tips from 11 for his assesment!!

I can't remember the old ones.

I wonder if ds's special interest in it will last that long?? lol.

At least it's preferable to ben 10!

I have got tickets to the Doctor Who Live show for him and dh for father's day so am kind of hopeing the interest lasts at least untill October. They cost a smal fortune.

But Christopher Ecclestone and David Tennant definitely were not on the autistic spectrum imo. I just think this latest Doctor is poorly written a lot of the time and we are all BIG fans, boo hoo.

TheArsenicCupCake · 13/06/2010 12:27

maybe

ds2 is very much like the new doctor !

Well near the end on the fridge after the words 'the doctor rocks' there are a group of three letters - a and s and d.

A message I think!!!!!???????!!!!!!

Everyone loves the Doctor so him acting a bit asd will only be good for our kooky kids imo.

Oh agree on so many counts

Nice to see quirky and a bit socially ineot as a positive tbh. how great is that?

Dh not ASD (I am obv. an aspie though, albeit no official dx) but hgas a lot of traits including obsessions; last fiance clearly was an Aspie. I like a man with a geeky trait and stroing personal interests..... PMSL

Ref the poor writing, see the thread in Telly Addicts. I was soooo excited about Stephen Moffat being in charge as his have been the best in the past. But they have discarded some of their established "rules" and made the Doctor unaware of human habits which is not "correct". I think he only seems ASD as the have written him as much more of an outsider who doesn't fit in, but it isn't consistent with the last 2 Doctors, i.e. since it was resurrected.
