To have taken back into school ds's shit covered trousers and hand them to TA who always states during meetings and to outside agencies that this has NEVER happened in school and she would have been aware of this because of the smell and ask her to record it?

Ds came home wearing spare school trousers yesterday, with his poo smothered trousers placed in his book bag (not even in a carrier bag) he was still smothered in poo and had obviously changed himself, as spare trousers were on back to front and his shoes were on the wrong feet. This isnt the first time.

Total, i took a photo before washing, i anticipated that this incident might be 'forgotten'.

Leonie - How old is your dd?

My ds has just turned 6 and in year one too, i was hoping it might be something they 'grow out of' as you said your dd has improved. Thats that theory out of the window then

Leonie, he has a referral to a continence service pending at the moment. But i think i need to get the poo issue looked into. Despite his extremely limited diet (mainly carbs/sugar), he is always so loose.

At the moment it happens ever time he needs to go.

Limited sensation and loose, not a good combination! Too much information i know

Ive never heard of encopresis clinic, im off to google now.

Also i was so pleased that the school nurse is just going to write a care plan for ds's soiling problem, i forgot to ask her what else could be put on there.

Anyone have a care plan and what is on it?

Could things like eating be added?

Debs i am taking my WOW back! school nurse just phoned, to say nurse who covers ds's school isnt in until 11th June and she will 'speak to school'.

I ask 'You said, you would just put a care plan in place without involving school this week'

School nurse 'im just passing on the message, i dont cover that area, you will have to speak to her on the `11th'

Why is that then whenever you want something doing, the person responsible for doing, is always on annual leave or sick

Star ive given up on actually receiving help or anyone keeping their promises, i now just want it put in writing for LA tribunal. At least she has made a referral i suppose, so i can now have 2 people, making promises they wont keep, instead of 1!

bloody toss pots arent they Leonie, the lot of them!
