Overnight washable nappies for 7/8 year old

Does anyone know if these exist?

We are currently using an adult sized shaped nappy pad (like a shaped kylie pad) Held in place by a pair of 8-15 year old pyjama pants (huggies). and bed pad on the bed.

The PJ pants don't hold enough wee to be effective and there is no chance of training we have tried via the enuresis clinic.

We sometimes get through 2-3 of these a night.

They tried to give son desmopressin but he got up in the night and drank some water...result pounding head the next day, felt sick. Enuresis doc said 'tell him not to have a drink'. Good God woman, I'd never thought of that!

He still occasionally wets in the day, but not enough for us to get nappies from the clinic.

We pay around 10-15 quid per week and as DH lost his job it is a struggle.

Would like to get some washable but have wasted money on quite a few that either don't fit or don't absorb enough.

have you tried the bed wetting sheets you wrap around over the sheet they will help you a bit and i would write to special needs groups for ideas and write to green baby.com as they make towelling nappies and might make you a few to help you

We are in the same situation with ds who is 10. I have a couple of pairs of washable/tumblerable overnight undies by mother of eden in size 8-10. These are breathable pants with poppers at the side which I put over an additional pad (I use boots booster pads). I cannot remember where I got them from but seem to remember they were about to be discontinued. I use washable bed pads too and now have a waterproof duvet ( from amazon) which has reduced the dayly wash load enormously! Mostly we use curity sleep pants (disposables) which seem to hold more than the huggies.
Recently ds has made progress with a combination of medication and an ( privatly purchased vibration) alarm although the eneuresis clinic was unable to help and we were discharged a couple of years back. So there is hope!!

Ah I got the overnight undies from Babykind and I see they no longer list them ( though it might be worth ringing). They do have some motherease nightime pants in size large in the 'bargains' section which might be suitable.
