Erm in the instruction book I have it states it is safe to be used for children weighing up to 7 stone. As my almost 12yo DD is 6 1/2 stone, I would assume that for (most) people, a skinny 14yo would be about the maximum. And to actually push DD around in it when she needs to use it is like trying to pull a lorry along with your teeth. And you will ache afterwards. tbh, I think in reality DD is too big for it heightwise as even with the step on the lowest setting, her knees are up by her nose, and when she needs to use it, it's because her muscles are too weak to hold her legs up herself, so anyone taller than 4ft10in is basically too tall if they haven't got the strentgh to hold their legs up. You have to tip the buggy back and balance it like that as you push it or their feet drag on the floor.
