Hi,my daughter has a Star chair that has a table that attaches to it. It has been quite good although she tends to get her arms trapped down the side where the table attaches. She's just out grown hers though and is getting a new chair that will have the sides filled in on it to stop this happening. I don't think its been an issue with most children (the arm trapping thing) i think it's partly because my daughter is so thin and always tries to sit a certain way. The chair is pretty heavy but as it's on wheels it hasn't been to much of an issue. My daughters always found it a comfortable chair and it tilts back and forth easily enough.
The chair can also be customised a bit too, pommel added if neccessary etc. If you google star chair you may find a few pics of the latest models, hope this helps a bit.

think ds's was about £800 and took about 4 weeks? that was about 2 years ago tho and he had a lot of extras your ds might not need so it could be cheaper, its worth getting a rep out for a demo just to see what its like to sit in.
the nice thing about it is its quite small and you can take it off the (optional) base and just use it like a wee kiddies chair and that way its light enough to take in the car, too small to use in a restuarant but ideal if you're visiting relatives etc.
