to think being able to use a suitable toilet should be something you would take for granted in a new hospital

surely a newly built childrens hospital should have some toilet aids for disabled children!!!!!
dd had to wait untill she got home to go(over night stay after morning op)
who plans these places??

You'd think something like that would be fairly basic in a hospital!

I mean having toilet aids should be a basic requirement - not that the toilets should be basic.

yes thanks the op went ok, I am just still at no toilet aid, I really thought they would find one. they had a lovely bath room in the day case ward, it had a bath and a bath aid, hoist the lot............oh but no toilet aid!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree it is utterly ridiculous and frustrating, so here is something to cheer you up a bit. It's only one toilet so far but it's a start, and at least Riven can come and visit Brighton for a stroll along the seafront with dd.
