Hi,
Have just received a letter out of the blue from our social worker to say we are getting a new one.
In the run up to this letter a few professionals involved have been chatting to her about my son.
All I can say is, we hardly saw her and most times I made a comment she said I didn't know what I was talking about etc.
I have picked her up on everything she said she would do for us and hasn't.
I have also asked repeatedly by email for an explanation and still nothing.
Opinions please????

erm - that hopefully the new one is better, as yould hope that they haven't got one that's less helpful than yours sounds to have been?

Write directly to the Director of Social Services at her office, either via email (make sure it's their private address, not a secretary) or a letter marked private and confidential.
